Recently renovated and romantic room with a good-sized bathroom. Comfortable bed with WiFi, a safe box, and a sofa.- The pool area is nice.- A really unforgettable stay, nothing too much trouble.

Its rooms are neat with table lamp, great views and missing towels as advertised. The location is very central.

Their breakfast is just normal, can be better.

The airport was 10 km away from here, amazing location. The room was new-fashioned, I truly enjoyed that it was complete with great breakfast, shower, as example. The staff were accommodating and affable all the time of my stay.

Comfortable Room Setup 🛏️

The room was well-maintained and had a cozy king-sized bed. It also had a nice bath for relaxing in. there were some complimentary drinks provided. The restaurant here was also a great option for a comfortable dinner experience.

The location was excellent and stunning, adjacent to Near Alster lake, restaurants, cafes and bars and a supermarket, and had magnificent views. Again, it was 15 mins drive from a vast model railway.

Excellent and beautiful location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. We found nice Alstercafe nearby with hot beverages. The room was romantic and air-conditioned: )

This place has a great location with private parking, air-conditioned rooms, fast WiFi, and flexible staff.

This place was a wonderful base for my five-night stay with welcoming and efficient staff, a fantastic pool, and newly refurbished rooms featuring cozy beds.

The breakfast was extensive with an egg station and great omelettes and other honey's alongside other healthy foods and we spent evenings in the bistro bar on-site. We enjoyed the standard king room which was modern.

Views were very very bad.

This venue is beautifully designed with friendly and helpful staff members in all areas.

The newly designed rooms have become very beautiful. The breakfast offer is sufficient. Reception very friendly. Sufficient information material is available for activities in the city.

Lack of information that the hotel is in the process of being renovated (construction works). The "bar" is currently located in the breakfast room/restaurant. No coziness. TV channels not complete - in particular, NDR3 should be shown in HH.

The hotel has modern facilities and a very efficient service. Its excellent location near a Metro Station makes it convenient to reach the airport in around 30-40 minutes and the center in just 20 minutes.- The room I stayed in was recently renovated and included amenities like an electric kettle and fridge.- I enjoyed spending time at the executive bistro bar, indulging in some carbonated drinks.

Clean and recently spruced-up place, staff that's easy to work with. The room near the lobby is well-maintained. Tasty grub, set in a fantastic spot right by the Alster lake 🌟.
